Rachel Kessler and Sierra Nelson

Rachel Kessler and Sierra Nelson have been writing, performing, creating installations, and teaching together for over 14 years as founding members of The Typing Explosion (http://www.typingexplosion.com/) and the Vis-à-Vis Society (http://www.facebook.com/VisaVisSociety). They’ve performed across North America, including: Wave Books’ Poetry Bus Tour, Henry Art Gallery, Seattle Art Museum, Bowery Poetry Club, Bumbershoot, and NY's Galapagos Art Space. Their books include “Desire & Flotation Devices” and “Who Are We?” (with 7-inch record), and their Statistical Musicals were smash hits at NW Film Forum.
