Developing Style in Fiction

This class will help prose writers identify specific ways to approach form, content and language in fiction writing by examining published work, participating in writing exercises in and out of class and submitting short excerpts from their own work for feedback. The aim of this class is to help beginning and intermediate fiction writers cultivate their own voice by learning to identify the specific techniques and styles of other writers. Intermediate level writers will benefit most from the class, but all are welcome to register.
