Almond on the VQR Tragedy

For those of you that haven't heard, on July 30 of this year Kevin Morrissey, managing editor of the Virginia Quarterly Review, took his own life. Some blame was attributed to his boss, editor Ted Genoways, and the media took it from there. In today's Rumpus, Steve Almond brings some levity to the event, the nature of the publishing industry as well as the nature of us who are a part of it.
