Dilly [dil-ee] –noun: Informal. Something or someone regarded as remarkable, unusual, etc.: A dilly of a movie.

Phyllis was a flirt and a dilly in the art of dalliance, but we loved her for her crowing laugh known to unhinge entire congregations of churches and bars alike.
