This event brings together musicians\, writers\, and hybrid performers. With a limited lineup and a community-centered atmosphere\, each performance is given space to be fully experienced. Whether you're performing or attending\, expect a engaging evening centered on creativity\, craft\, and connection. \nEvent Overview \n\n20 total performers\, 10 pre-registered\nPre-register on September 1st! Check back here on September 1st!\n10 day-of sign-ups (first come\, first served)\nPerformance styles: Music\, poetry\, prose\, or hybrid\nAudience seating: Maximum capacity is 80\n\nSign-Ups & Check-In \n\nPre-Registration opens September 1. \nLimited to 10 spots\nCheck-in required by 6:00 PM on event day\nUnclaimed spots may be released\n\nDay-Of Sign-Ups \n\nOpen at 6:00 PM (front desk)\nClose at 6:50 PM or when full\nFirst come\, first served\n\nPerformance Guidelines \n\n5-minute sets (includes setup + transitions)\n(Up to ~6 minutes max if needed)\nSolo artists or duos preferred\nOriginal work only\, no covers\n\nPerformance Overview \n\nKeep it simple: No full bands\, drum kits\, loud electric setups\, or backing tracks.\nBasic gear provided: Mics\, DI boxes\, stands\, and limited accessories—bring small extras if needed.\nQuick sound checks only: Levels are set fast and won’t be adjusted during the show.\nBe ready: Prep offstage\, keep setup minimal\, and be ready when called or risk losing your spot.\nStrict timing: Sets are enforced with a warning; hosts may end performances if needed.\nAccessible setup available: Flexible mic options\, seating support\, and extra time on request.\nBe respectful: Follow guidelines and support fellow performers and the audience.\n\nAny additional questions?
