State of the Book Salon
The State of the Book Salon is a panel discussion series about the state of book publishing for Seattle7Writers and Hugo House members and friends.
We will delve into the shifting sands of publishing–with special attention to e-books and their impact–in an attempt to anticipate what the future holds. Our panelists include literary agent Elizabeth Wales; publisher of Shelf Awareness, Jenn Risko; and author Boyd Morrison, whose recent navigation of treacherous publishing waters will inspire you. Seattle7 co-founder and local author Garth Stein will moderate.
A $5 donation at the event is greatly appreciated to help Hugo House and S7W continue this series. The bar will be open, too.
