Featuring Toni La Ree Bennett\, Wil Gibson\, Thomas Hanchett\, David Lawton\, Richard Loranger\, Mary Mackey\, Jane Ormerod\, and Mattilda Bernstein Sycamore. \n\nToni La Ree Bennett\, poet\, photographer\, editor\, and perennial student\, received a PhD in English from the University of Washington and continues to study there. Her work has appeared in PMS\, Puerto del Sol\, Hawaii Pacific Review\, Journal of Poetry Therapy\, Seattle Poetry on the Buses\, and California Quarterly. She shares her Seattle space with a flock of feisty finches. \n\nWil Gibson was born from a good idea and a bottle of bourbon and raised in some of the poorest communities northern Illinois and eastern Arkansas have to offer. He is a proud\, mistake-prone\, father of four and is the author of the poetry collection Harvest the Dirt (great weather for MEDIA\, 2015). \n\nThomas Hanchett studied undergraduate English at the University of Pennsylvania from 1992–95. He received his BA in English from Gordon College in 1999. He has published poetry in numerous journals in the United States and abroad\, including I Let Go of the Stars in My Hand (great weather for MEDIA)\, Candelabrum\, Long Island Quarterly\, and Studio. In 2012\, a collection of his poetry\, entitled Eurydice\, Almost\, was published by Neue Folzsche Verlagsanstalt für Æsoptherik in Homburg\, Germany. \n\n\nDavid Lawton is the author of the poetry collection Sharp Blue Stream (Three Rooms Press)\, and serves as an editor for great weather for MEDIA and host/curator of its Spoken Word Sunday venue at the Parkside Lounge in New York City. He has work forthcoming in the anthologies Rabbit Ears: TV Poems (NYQ Books) and From Somewhere to Nowhere: The End of the American Dream (Automedia). David loves dogs\, trees\, and bananas. \n\n \nRichard Loranger is a writer\, performer\, visual artist\, and all-around squeaky wheel\, currently residing in Oakland\, California. He is the author of Poems for Teeth\, as well as The Orange Book and nine chapbooks\, including Hello Poems and the recent 6 Questions (Exot Books). Recent work can be found in Out of Our #17\, in the anthology I Let Go of the Stars in My Hand (great weather for MEDIA)\, and in the online journals London Grip New Poetry and The Marsh Hawk Review. \n\nMary Mackey is the author of seven collections of poetry including Travelers With No Ticket Home (Marsh Hawk Press 2014) and Sugar Zone\, winner of the PEN Oakland Josephine Miles Award for Excellence in Literature and finalist for the 2012 Bay Area Book Reviewers’ Award. Mary is also the author of thirteen best-selling novels. Her poems have been praised by Wendell Berry\, Jane Hirshfield\, Dennis Nurkse\, and Marge Piercy for their beauty\, precision\, originality\, and extraordinary range. Born on the south coast of England\, Jane now lives in New York City and performs extensively across the United States and beyond. She is a founding editor at great weather for MEDIA. \n\n\nMattilda Bernstein Sycamore is the author of a memoir The End of San Francisco (City Lights Publishers\, 2013)\, a 2014 Lambda Literary Award winner. She is also the author of two novels and the editor of five nonfiction anthologies\, most recently Why Are Faggots So Afraid of Faggots?: Flaming Challenges to Masculinity\, Objectification\, and the Desire to Conform\, an American Library Association Stonewall Honor Book (AK Press\, 2012).
