Nurturing Your Idea Nursery [Paul Mullin]
All Levels | Everyone has ideas. But how do you hold on to flashes of inspiration when they hit? And how do you keep track of them all? We will explore techniques for establishing, maintaining, expanding, and ultimately harvesting your ideas from a nursery of proto-stories, poems, plays, and/or memoir fragments. We will employ triage techniques in order to beef up our writers’ “on-deck” circle to best determine which story to work on next and also develop ways of expanding on a good idea when that’s pretty much all you have.
