Scribes will explore the craft of Poetry, using Hugo House as a home base for an expedition into expression, style, and rhythm. Together with Anastacia, Scribes will engage dynamically with multiple aspects of poetry and participate in quality programming that includes writing, editing and polishing drafts, arts-driven field trips, craft exercises, and exposure to a diverse range of poetic devices, contemporary and classic writers. The session will culminate in a community reading where Scribes will have the opportunity to share their work! All skill levels welcome.
