What prevents you from completing your memoir or long personal essay? Is it a lack of theme? Weak story arc? Unclear ending? We will diagnose the hurdle between you and a complete manuscript. From there, we will discuss ways to overcome those obstacles. Using examples from established writers, we will refresh ourselves on the key aspects of memoir such as pacing, struggle, and epiphanies, in ways that will help you move forward with your own writing.
