Digital Detox: Writing Without Distractions

All Levels | Do you spend too much time looking at screens? Are you distracted by the internet while writing? This class is intended as an antidote to the particular angst of living in our technology-saturated moment. We’ll use our meetings to experiment with practices that shift or reset our habits, including writing by hand, observational exercises, and more; weekly assignments will expand on this work. Expect to leave the class with pieces to keep working on and with your mind refreshed.
