Touching on memory, he said/she said, and the side-scan sonar treatment in writing from a distance, Domingo Martinez will discuss the difference between what’s right, what’s true, what’s correct, and what’s just wrong when writing nonfiction from personal experience in a one-hour lecture, followed by a review of contributions from participants. Students are encouraged to submit a single chapter or 300-500 word piece for peer review two weeks beforehand.
Due to COVID-19, all classes will take place online-either through Zoom or through Wet Ink, our asynchronous learning platform-through Spring quarter 2021.
All times are listed in Pacific Time.
