Hybrid Forms: Sound and Color

All Levels | We’ll take a look at hybrid writing projects that incorporate music and/or images, taking a specific look at the work of hybrid artists like Douglas Kearney, Mendi + Keith Obadike and Bianca Stone. Students who took Shayla Lawson’s hybrid forms workshop in spring will find a productive continuation in this class, and it is open to anyone interested in playing with genre. Bringing samples of your own hybrid work to workshop is highly encouraged.
