Intro to Fiction

Beginning. We will focus on bringing out the story that lives in everyone. This intensive course will strengthen students’ understanding of quality fiction through plot, character, point of view, and more while developing the individual’s own voice and style. Drawing examples from a diverse section of writers, students will work on in-class writing prompts and their own fiction pieces, with weekly critique and feedback. Our goal is to reinforce the writer’s skills and confidence.
