Nailing Your Own Middle-Grade Voice

All Levels | This idea-generative course will focus on mining each participant’s life for unique story elements. We’ll focus on crafting these concepts in the most effective way possible, discussing character arc, story structure, scene, theme, and voice. We’ll look at everything from overall structure to small-scale sentence-level syntactical choices, examining examples from modern and classic middle-grade texts, to see how individual themes influence voice.
