Scene Writing Intensive

All Levels. Do you want to start the new year with some concentrated work on your manuscript? In this class, you will be asked to write two scenes a week for four weeks. Class will include lecture, discussion, and workshops of your new scenes. We will do an in-depth study of what makes a scene sizzle, including discussion of the topics of internal and external conflict, dialogue, action, description, and more.

Nestor has taught the memoir certificate course for the University of Washington’s Professional & Continuing Education program since 2006.
