All Levels. This course is for anyone who loves the short form and wants to grab the reader. Short-short nonfiction is a lot like poetry: it is absorbed by the body as well as the mind; its music, cadence, and tempo are integral to content. We will try our hand at blog spots, radio commentary, personal reflections, and short reviews. We’ll even produce our own podcasts. Come learn how to grab your reader—and listener—in the gut.
Due to COVID-19, all classes will take place online-either through Zoom or through Wet Ink, our asynchronous learning platform-through Spring quarter 2021.
All times are listed in Pacific Time.
