Corbin Lewars
Corbin Lewars, M.Ed. has been mentoring writers and teaching writing at conferences, universities, homeless shelters, etc. for twenty years. Her clients are best selling authors who have earned PEN Awards, Nancy Pearl Awards, PNBA nominations, been finalist for the Washington State (and other state) Book Awards, USA Best Book Award and have been published in NY Times, LA Times, The Sun and countless of other literary journals. Many of her clients’ work focuses on a larger goal of giving back or serving underserved voices and she helps guide them in forming nonprofits, outreach, etc.
She is the Executive Director of Hold Your Crown and VoiceCatcher and was the managing editor of Verve, Detour Ahead, Little More Time and several other magazines and anthologies. She is the author of four books, including a PNBA and WA State nominee and her essays are widely published. www.corbinlewars.com
