I am a professionally trained editor with two decades of experience in literary editing, magazine publishing, digital content creation, and marketing. I specialize in developmental and line editing of fiction and creative nonfiction manuscripts.

An avid reader of memoir, mystery/thriller, and literary fiction, I tend to favor these genres in editing, but I’ve edited a wide range of projects and would be happy to discuss yours. The best part of my work is the variety of stories I help bring to life!

Along with editing manuscripts, I’m managing editor for Literary Mama magazine, teach writing workshops, and serve on the editorial committee for the local literary nonprofit Creative Colloquy. My writing has been published in literary publications as well as in sewing anthologies.

I’m a graduate of the rigorous editing program at the University of Washington and hold a master’s degree in sociocultural anthropology from Columbia University. I grew up in the north of France and now live with my husband, three kids, and one overwhelmed kitty in Tacoma, Washington. You can often find me gardening, stitching, or strolling rocky beaches with my family.
