Speak Beauty to Power

Earth calls for testimony, but not stridency. In poetry and episodic prose, we will forge testimony to protect places we love, and sustain the planet, with utterance kin to natural beauty. As a river testifies, so shall we—flow, light, grace. As a tree testifies, so shall we—a lofty intelligence, rooted in fact. The loud conversations of our time require winsome witness for the wild world. After writing together, we will explore ways to make our witness public. This class includes a lunch break.

Due to COVID-19, all classes will take place online until further notice. If there's a possibility that your class might take place in person, you will be notified in advance. Even if classes can be held in person, there will always be a hybrid option to participate via Zoom.

Classes with "Zoom" in the title will be held via Zoom even after our doors open. Classes listed as "Online" will be held on Wet Ink, our platform for asynchronous learning.
