Matthew Bennett began editing in 2008 at Ronsdale Press, where he shepherded documents from submission to final print, serving as editor for publications such as Sheila James’s In the Wake of Loss (2009). As both writer and editor, he contributed to Nicholas Hudson’s A Cultural History of Race: From Reformation to the Enlightenment (Bloomsbury, 2021). Matthew also has what he (jokingly) refers to as the literary triple crown, which is the publication of fiction, journalism, and academic writing. His current editing work includes memoirs and journalism, master’s and doctoral theses, short stories and novels, and more.
