Ludonarrative in Video Games
Come visit Hugo House’s Ludonarrative in Video Games panel for a discussion of what it’s like to be a writer in the games industry. Discussion will range from breaking into the games industry, designing procedurally generated stories, writing for AAA games, and more.
What happens when storytelling meets gameplay?
It’ll be a dynamic two-hour panel event where game developers dive deep into the powerful intersection of narrative and mechanics in modern game design.
What is Ludonarrative?
“Ludonarrative” is the point where ludic (gameplay, mechanics) meets narrative (story, character). It’s the magic that happens when storytelling and interactivity blend seamlessly. Transforming a game from simply entertaining to truly unforgettable.
