There Will Be Spontaneous Dancing in the Streets

Island-born writers and musicians, now transplanted to the Pacific Northwest, will play music and wala’au (talk story) about island life and history. Featuring open musical kanikapila (jam session) after the scheduled performances. With Hawaiian slack key guitarist Sheryl Akaka and writers Rochelle delaCruz, Jennifer D. Munro and Loreen Lilyn Lee. Hosted by Uncle Gregg Porter of Hawai`i Radio Connection (heard on KBCS 91.3 FM).
