Novel Immersion [Waverly Fitzgerald]
Every November, writers around the world race to complete 50,000 words, the goal of participants in National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo). In six weeks, you’ll set course for writing a novel, which you can pursue at your own pace. Through in-class exercises and homework assignments, you’ll devise a plot, develop characters, create vivid scenes, choose a point of view, and begin writing your novel. The very ambitious will finish a rough draft.
