Learn what makes you and your book truly compelling to potential readers, reviewers, and media. When it comes to pitching your book, the instructor will share what works, what doesn’t, and why. The pre-class assignment is to write that 30-second pitch, practice it out loud many times, and memorize it so it sounds like conversation. (Instructions provided upon registration.) You’ll leave the workshop with an ever-useful pitch that can be expanded after you’ve won the audience’s attention.

Class sessions may be recorded if a session falls on a holiday, or if a student has access needs. Class recordings are not guaranteed.
