Introductory. A personal story gains added visceral power when told in comics form. An experienced graphic novelist will guide you through the process of creating several short comics, leading up to a finished autobiographical story. We’ll look at examples from masters of comics and cartoons while exploring different aspects of the medium through a variety of exercises and assignments. Note: Drawing ability is not as important as the desire to communicate your ideas clearly.
