Seattle Fiction Federation No. 7

Please note this event will take place at our temporary home, Hugo House First Hill, at 1021 Columbia Street.

Seattle Fiction Federation is back featuring four readers — Jessica Mooney, Julie Trimingham, Erika Brumett, and winner of SFF#6 Crystaline Brown. Readers will be chosen at random for open mic reads between features, with a vote at the end. The audience favorite becomes a featured reader at SFF#8.

Jessica Mooney

Winner of the 2016 APRIL/Seattle Review of Books writing contest, finalist for the 2016 Gar LaSalle Storyteller Award and short stories published in Salon, The Rumpus, City Arts Magazine and elsewhere.

Julie Trimingham

Author of the story collection Way Elsewhere, from The Lettered Streets Press, May 2016 and the novel Mockingbird (2013).

Erika Brumett

Poet and novelist, author of Scrap Metal Sky (2016, Shape&Nature Press).

Crystaline Brown

Winner of the Audience Choice Award, Seattle Fiction Federation #6 and rising star at Works in Progress.
