The Bushwick Book Club Seattle’s annual InkAloud! show
The Bushwick Book Club Seattle’s annual InkAloud! show features the work of local authors.
Curated by Pepe Montero, Acting Executive Director of Richard Hugo House, musicians will deliver brand-new compositions inspired by the poetry in Shin Yu Pai’s Adamantine and Claudia Castro Luna’s Killing Marías: A Poem for Multiple Voices. Pai and Luna, who have both served as Seattle Civic Poet (Pai currently), will also offer readings as part of the evening. Musicians include Alexis, Christiana Crabbe, Tara Chugh, Nancy K. Dillon, Drea Marilyn, Gary Mula, Tomo Nakayama, and nance!
Come get down with the loudest ink in town! Saturday, December 7, 2024, at 7:30pm PST. In-person at Hugo House (1634 11th Ave. in the heart of Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood) or online as a ticketed livestream.
