Befriending Rejection
As writers, we are often told to have a thick skin when submitting our work. But how do we get there, when our brains are wired to experience rejection as physically painful? In this discussion-based class, we will look at rejection both as an emotional process and as a tool to hone our practice. Writers will come out of this class with a goal sheet and personal plan for dealing with rejection.
