Precision through Wildness: Building the Image

Often we create a binary world of image-building, in which wildness is the enemy of perfection. We set out to find the “perfect” image to show our stories, thus shutting out the wildness in our minds. Yet it is in the wild space between our reaching toward the image and the actual image where a poem or story happens. In this generative class, we will push into our own wildernesses and toward precision in our images.
