1 Session
The five elements of a scene (setting, plot, character, point of view, and prose) present the writer with endless possibilities. Compelling stories are created when an author understands each of these components and employs them with intention. In this class, we will explore each of the elements of a scene by studying the work of award-winning writers and practicing with writing prompts. Writers will walk away with a masterful understanding of how to write a captivating scene.
